FAQs:
Billing is conducted on a weekly basis through Stripe, a trusted and secure online payment processor. If you choose the weekly plan, at the beginning of each week enrolled, you will be billed, accounting for the 3 1-hour sessions & materials of that week. If you choose the monthly plan, starting from when you join, you will be billed once for every month enrolled. The sessions build on one another, so it is not an option for students to only enroll in 1 or 2 sessions a week. After a week/month is paid for, the payment is non-refundable, meaning that if you don't attend one or more sessions, your payment is not affected. All resources and material covered (& session recordings) will be provided regardless of attendance, ensuring that you get the value of your weekly/monthly payment. You will be automatically billed weekly or monthly for the program during its course until you choose to cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After a weekly/monthly payment is made, however, funds will not be returned if you choose to cancel in the middle of the period you've already paid for. Your cancellation will apply as soon as the next week/month begins, and you will no longer be charged moving forward.
To cancel your subscription, you can send me a text or email at 617-913-4764 / martincoleman2323@gmail.com, and I will terminate the subscription immediately.
How many weeks, on average, should students remain in the program?
This truly depends on the student. For many students, the optimal time frame to be enrolled is 4 to 8 weeks in the program before they reach their target scores, although students earlier on in their SAT journey may benefit from staying longer (8-10+ weeks). Lessons and material used in the sessions will be personalized to student needs, so students may stay enrolled and find value in the program for as long as they please.
How large are the groups?
Sessions are conducted in small groups of up to 8. Students will gain experience both doing and teaching problems, deepening their understanding of the material (one of my key learning methods). Lessons and materials are personalized to student needs. These small groups strike the perfect balance between personalized attention and the benefits of peer learning.
